Now it keeps the town fed.
A bar & bistro in Eyemouth
The Auld Bank sits in a former bank building, a short walk from the harbour. We opened in November 2024 and have grown into what you see now: navy panelling, brass light, mustard velvet seats and a bar stocked with cocktails, draught pints, wine and whisky.
We open Thursday to Sunday. Dogs are welcome, and there are treats behind the bar.
In the kitchen
Chef Ian Henderson
Ian is a career chef with 27 years in kitchens all over Scotland. In October 2026 he launched a new seasonal, locally sourced menu, capturing the best of local produce from Eyemouth down to Northumberland and up to Edinburgh and beyond.
Our suppliers include Lough’s bakers, Jarvis Pickle, Bee Edge Farm, John Gilmour, Reston pork, Oink sausages, Lindisfarne oysters and Giacopazzi gelato.
